General Refund policy
In stock/line item orders may be cancelled at any time before pick up or delivery of the order.
(Exception: Special/Non Stock orders may not be cancelled if purchase/supplier order has already started). Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods will be reviewed under Australian Consumer Guidelines.
